CCAA 38th Annual General Membership Hybrid Meeting

Dear Members of the Calvin Coolidge Alumni Association, Inc. (CCAA),

Happy 38th Anniversary CCAA!

Our 38th Annual CCAA General Membership Hybrid Meeting (Office Term: 2023 - 2025) will be held at Calvin Coolidge Senior High School - Atrium, 6315 5th Street, Northwest, Washington, DC on Saturday, May 4, 2024 with on - site membership registration at 9:30 a.m. and the meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. promptly.

Please note that in accordance with the CCAA Bylaws in Article IV, Section 4.07: Membership Meetings, which clearly states: "In order to vote, a member MUST be in good standing, ninety (90) days prior to any voting matter." Each member shall have the right to cast one (1) vote. There shall be voting by proxy and proxy by absentee voting. Proxy voting is permitted with authorized written or oral evidence. Absentee voting shall be permitted only under the following conditions:

• a.) the absentee voter may not be present;
• b.) the member's vote as submitted identifies the matter at issue and is signed by a member and a witness.

However, this does NOT preclude any Calvin Coolidge alumnus from attendance and/or participation in the Annual General Membership Hybrid Meeting, here is the schedule of events for this very important meeting. At this meeting, we will discuss the following items:

• Introduction of the 2023 - 2025 CCAA Board of Directors
• CCAA President's Midterm Report: Accomplishments & Achievements of the 2023 - 2025 Office Term
• CCAA Midterm Standing Committee Reports
• Voting & Approval of the following documents:
  • CCAA 37th Annual General Membership & Biannual Elections Meeting Minutes: Saturday, May 6, 2023
  • CCAA Midterm Treasurer's Report
  • Approval of the CCAA Elections Committee Report (Election Cycle: 2023 - 2025)
• Approval & Election of the CCAA Elections Committee (Elections Cycle: 2025 - 2027)
