Scholarship Committee Report

The Scholarship Committee worked with the Coolidge College & Career Counselors along with the CCSHS 12th Grade Guidance Counselor to identify graduating seniors who needed financial aid.  Because seniors did not have time to submit complete applications for CCAA scholarships, CCAA still wanted to assist the students and provided nine graduating seniors with grants of $1000.  The application process, using the Scholarship America/Dollars for Scholars’ (DFS) scholarship application system, will be in place for this year’s seniors.  We have numerous available scholarships funded by families, alumni classes and, of course, the donations collected at the 2022 Breakfast.  This looks to be a promising year for our graduating seniors who continue their educational pursuits!
