I didn't know Hilton well, but remember him as being friends with my brothers, Ernie and Johnny Mercer, and more recently, serving on the Class of '65 Reunion Committee with Johnny.  To the family, you have my deepest sympathy on the loss of your loved one, and I will most certainly keep you in my prayers. May Hilton be resting eternally in heavenly peace.

Having known Hilton Green since our days at Whittier Elementary, I have many memories of fun times together.   More often than not, he was laughing, making jokes, and making sure everyone around was having fun.  His joyful attitude would be contagious.   I expect him to make the angels laugh now.

My wife, Cassandra, and I send our condolences to the Green family.  Hilton was a year ahead of me, but remember from high school ROTC.  He will be remembered for all the good he did.

Hilton's jovial vitality, personal warmth, humor and energy are unforgettable. He's one of my best memories from Coolidge. It is a very sad day to hear the news. Barbara and I send our most sincere sympathy to his family.
