We are saddened to inform you of the recent passing of Paul A. Quander, Jr., class of 1973.Memorial services for former District of Columbia Deputy Mayor for Public Safety and Justice, The Honorable Paul A. Quander, Jr. will take place Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Howard University School of Law, Dumbarton Chapel, 2900 Van Ness Street, NW, Washington, D.C. There will be a viewing from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, followed by services.
Paul was very special person to each of us, and a wonderful asset for the entire District community. The public is welcomed to remember his life and legacy.
We have much for which to be grateful for having him in our lives. Please keep the entire Quander family in your thoughts and prayers.

Paul was a devoted public servant to the residents of the District of Columbia. An unassuming and dignified man, he performed his work with meticulous care. Rest in peace colt.
