On Saturday, October 4, 2014, Gardine Hailes Tiggle of Dunwoody, GA (formerly of Washington, DC) transitioned peacefully at home. Beloved wife of Ronald B. Tiggle; adored mother of Stanley Hailes, Jr.; loving sister of Alfred, Dwight, Francis, Lisa, Adrienne, Steve, Eugene, and the late Katherine Richardson. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at Unity of Washington DC, 1225 R St. NW, Washington, DC 20009 at 12 p.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2014

My everything you were, a million memories of unforgettable moments from childhood to this very minute, you have given me. Beautiful inside and out, you have left countless others talking about the positive effect just meeting you had on their lives. I spent every moment of my life loving you, and learning from your example. We laughed and shared silly moments until the end, you were my everything, my mom, teacher, parent, inspiration and friend.
