Passed away from this life on Thursday, August 25, 2011. He is survived by his beloved son, Steven Gregory Fobbs, Jr.; his devoted parents and sister, Delores C. and Joe L. Fobbs and Donna Fobbs; and many loving relatives and friends. On Friday, September 2 friends may visit with the family from 9 a.m. until time of service 10 a.m. at Marshall-March Funeral Home, 4217 9th St, NW. Interment Quantico National Cemetery. Although we never really know what the adventures of the journey of life bring, we know that along the way we encounter phenominal people in our lives. Friendships and kinships for 50 or more or less years is always a favor that Spirit gives us to rekindle the compassion we all have for one another.
