Sandra Cook (Price) was born on February 10, 1957 in Washington. DC to Earl and Georgia Ann Price. She was one of ten children born to this union. Sandra was a blessed child and had an opportunity to live with her Aunt Ethel and Uncle Levi for a time in her life. Sandra also spent time in her life with Carrie Lee and Nealey who were great parents to her.
